A common query we have from our tenants is the question of how to re-pressurise a boiler when the pressure has dropped. In many cases, it is simple procedure taking only a couple of minutes to rectify. Your boiler can lose pressure due to leaks in the system or recent radiator bleeding. It goes without saying that if there is a smell of gas, contact British Gas immediately on 0800 111 999 to report the problem.
In this video, Beth gives an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide on how re-pressurise your system, to help it work to its maximum performance.
If you have a recurring problem with your boiler, please report it to Regent Property or to your landlord.
